Steps for using this page:

  1. Select your desired prize on the Gatorbox Twitch page and redeem your COLA Tabs, or make a donation on Extra Life.
  2. Complete the prize claim form.
  3. Make sure the name provided in the form matches exactly to your Twitch / Extra Life name.
  • Your information is deleted once orders are fulfilled. We do not retain any personally identifiable information.
  • Prize redemption orders are fulfilled alongside Etsy orders. Please allow between 7-14 days for delivery.
  • Tracking is not provided on any prizes because all of them ship with just a postage stamp to save costs. The exception are character pins because they have to go through USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Please be aware that due to the cost of international shipping & tariffs, the character pins are not available internationally at this time.
  • These are available for sale on Etsy too. If you don’t have enough COLA Tabs for a freebie you can simply buy the item(s) you want, and if you make both a purchase and a prize redemption I can combine your orders (as long as your name matches on both so I know it’s yours).
  • The redemption mechanic is limited to 1 prize per user per stream but you are free to spend your COLA Tabs across multiple streams. There isn’t a mechanism in place that will ultimately stop you from asking for 100 of the same Pokemon card, but I’d like to politely ask you not to do that and let other viewers have access to them too. If I suspect abuse of this system I reserve the right to disable the feature to either retool the process or shutter it entirely.
